- A roof needs to be structurally sound, mostly dry, and free of major rot. That's exactly what our free inspection determines, we photograph the roof, walk you through the report, and give you an honest recommendation.
- Depending on the system, we offer 5, 10, 15, and 20-year labor-and-material warranties that are renewable at the end of the term with a low-cost re-coat.
- Coatings add almost no weight, so they do not change your roof's snow load rating. What they do change is how water behaves during freeze and thaw. A seamless silicone membrane keeps melt water from working into seams and fasteners, which is where most Spokane winter leaks start.
- Yes, with the right product. Acrylic coatings need warm, dry weather, so acrylic season is over for the year. Through the cold months we coat flat and low-slope roofs with silicone, and we restore RV roofs in our shop.
